Occasionally a dress doesn't fit or the color is wrong. Please call for a return authorization and then ship the dress back. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please call 888-267-6442 or email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All we ask is that merchandise returned be in its original condition and all tags attached. Merchandise may not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned. Your returns/exchanges must be received in our office within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise for another size, we recommend placing a new order for the new size and sending the original merchandise back for a refund. This will help avoid disappointment if your desired size sells out before we receive your package.
