How do I return an item?
We are honored that you chose to purchase from us. Refunds are issued for any full price item that you wish to return. Sale items are not accepted for refund unless the product is defective.
Occasionally a dress doesn't fit or the color is wrong. Please email for a return authorization and then ship the dress back. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please email at email@example.com to obtain a RA number. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All we ask is that returned merchandise be in its original condition and all tags attached. Merchandise may not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned. Your returns/exchanges must be received in our office with 3- days of the date you recieved your order.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise for another size, we recommend placing a new order for the new size and sending the original merchandise back for a refund This will avoid disappointment if your desired size sells out before we receive your package.
You can also ask for a store credit if you would like to return the merchandise for credit to use at a later date.

We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and offers tracking. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Expedited and International shipping costs will not be refunded.
